Verdo Lab ("we") operates the application SUIKEI ("the App"). This policy explains what we collect and why.

Your email address and a user identifier. If you use Sign in with Apple, this may be Apple's private relay address rather than your real address.
Tanks, livestock and equipment records, water parameter readings, care logs, photos, reminders and in-app settings.
Your plan and its expiry. We never receive your card details; payment is handled by Apple and Google.
Device model, OS version and the location of the fault when the App crashes. Linked to your account.
Which screens are opened and which features are used. Linked to your account.
We do not collect location, contacts or advertising identifiers.

We do not use your data for advertising or for tracking across apps or websites, and we do not sell or rent it.

Data is stored in Google data centres in Tokyo (asia-northeast1). Our processors are established in the United States. Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the processor is certified under it.
Records you delete in the App are permanently erased from our servers and backups 90 days after deletion. If you delete your account, your content and photos are deleted promptly. Crash and usage records may persist in aggregate form.
You can view, correct, export and delete your data — including deleting your entire account — from the App's settings screen.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
The App is not directed at children. If you are under 16, please use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
We will announce changes to this policy in the App or on our website. Significant changes will be notified in the App.
