These terms govern your use of the application SUIKEI ("the App"), provided by Verdo Lab ("we"). By using the App you agree to them.
The App lets you record and revisit your own photographs, water parameter readings and care logs for your aquariums. It does not provide advice or diagnosis about how to keep an aquarium, how to care for livestock, or whether your water is safe.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the information you register. You can delete your account at any time from the settings screen; once deleted, your content and photos cannot be recovered.
You may not decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the App; place an unreasonable load on the App or its servers, or access them without authorisation; use the App in breach of any law; infringe the rights of other users or third parties; or redistribute, resell or lend the App without our permission.
The App offers a paid plan (SUIKEI Premium). The price, the period and the features included are shown on the purchase screen in the App.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription renews at the same price, and your account is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings. Cancellation is not possible from inside the App. After cancelling, paid features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds are governed entirely by the policies of the App Store or Google Play through which you purchased. We cannot issue refunds directly. Please contact the store you purchased from.
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
You retain all rights in the content you record in the App. We store and process it only as far as is necessary to provide the App's functions.
We are not liable for the death or illness of livestock, for equipment failure, or for any other loss arising from your use of the App. The target ranges the App displays are general guidance drawn from commonly published information; they are not guaranteed to suit your particular tank, livestock or plants. Decisions about how you keep your aquarium remain yours.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, or that records will never be lost. Network conditions, the state of your device and outages at third-party services may make the App unavailable or cause data loss. We recommend exporting your data as a backup for anything important to you.
Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you as a consumer.
We may revise these terms where we consider it necessary. Revised terms take effect once posted in the App or on our website. Significant changes will be notified in the App.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
